Shipping is an integral part of doing business on the Internet. Freight costs from USPS and UPS have risen dramatically over the past 18 months.  However, when we run to the office supply store to buy a couple of items, we know it costs money to use our car, our car insurance, gasoline, etc., but when we order on the Internet we see exactly how much it costs to get the product delivered.

If you consider the cost of driving to and from the store, and sales tax (which you probably will not pay on Internet purchases) it is often cheaper to buy on the net. Especially if you get large savings on the product you are buying. But even though it probably costs less, it is somewhat upsetting to pay $7.00 shipping on a $15.00 purchase. We have carefully considered our alternatives, and have chosen to sell all of our products at the lowest prices we can, consistent with making a reasonable profit. 

Sometimes this makes the shipping seem high, but it is a fair way to do business. By offering a competitive flat rate shipping charge regardless of the size of the order as you order more, the per order cost of shipping drops significantly. And we are adding complementary products so that you can get more for your shipping dollar. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 within the Continental US only.

U.S. Mainland

We ship within the 48 contiguous states using UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail service. Requested deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS Priority Mail Service.

Expedited Delivery

We can accommodate requests for expedited deliveries by offering UPS 2nd day and 3 day select service. Simply indicate your request on the order form. We make every attempt to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt subject to available inventory. Please note actual delivery time may vary subject to order processing, available inventory, holidays or weekends. Please note: Per the UPS published shipping policy actual day of shipment, weekends, and published holidays are not considered transit days and should not be included when determining estimated time of delivery.

Shipping

We ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground or FEDEX Ground at the ground rate unless requested otherwise. Orders are shipped on weekdays only. UPS counts business days for air shipping. Three-day select is three business days from the day shipped. Weekend orders (after noon on Fridays) ship on Mondays.

Unfortunately, we may charge shipping fees a second time if we have to reship/redirect packages for any reason including incorrect addresses and zip codes or missing company names and suite numbers. Please double check your shipping address! Address correction fees charged by UPS are the responsibility of the customer, if we are provided with inaccurate shipping information.

Estimated delivery times for ground only shipments

We attempt to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt subject to available inventory, weekends, and holidays.  Depending on where you live, ground only shipping may affect the delivery time from our distribution center in California to your shipping address. If you live within the Pacific time zone, you may not notice any delay in delivery time. Items should reach you within 5-7 days. In Eastern and Midwestern states, however, shipping may take longer from 7 to 10 days. The color coded map shown below gives estimated shipping times for ground shipped orders from time of shipment.

Shipments to these locations are made via United States Postal Service using Global Express or Priority Mail. Charges are based on the total weight of your order.  If you would prefer another shipping service, please indicate within the order comments box at time of checkout. Charges for these services (at cost) will be added at the time of shipment.
